Last Will and Testament of David Harris

Letters of Administration  D.B.N.C.T.A.  Estate of David 
Harris, Deceased.

Washington County, ss:
I, Boyd C Parshall, Register for the Probate of Wills 
and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the County of 
Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: 
To John G. Harris Adminstrator of all and singular, 
the goods and chattels, rights and credits remaining 
unadministered, which were of David Harris late of the said 
County, deceased, with a copy of deceased's will annexed, 
Greeting:
Whereas, the said David Harris in his lifetime, made 
his last Will and Testament in writing, which was duly proved on 
the 11th day of October A.D., 1905 having, whilst he lived, and 
at the time of his decease, divers goods and chattels, rights 
and credits, within the said County, by means whereof the full 
disposition and power of granting letters of administration 
thereof, is manifestly known to belong to me; Therefore desiring 
that the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of 
the said deceased, and which remain unadministered, may be well 
and truly administered, converted and disposed of according to 
the tenor and effect of the said deceased's will and according 
to law, I do hereby grant unto you the said John G. Harris (in 
whose fidelity in this behalf I very much confide,) full power 
by the tenor of these presents, to administer the goods, 
chattels, rights and credits remaining unadministered, which 
were of the said deceased, within the said County, as also to 
ask, collect, levy, recover and receive the credits whatsoever 
of the said deceased, which at the time of his death were owing, 
or did in any way belong to him and to pay the debts in which 
the said deceased stood obliged, so far forth as the said goods 
and chattels, rights and credits will extend, according to their 
rate and order of law; especially of well and truly 
administering the goods and chattels, rights and credits 
remaining unadministered, which were of the said deceased, 
according to the tenor and effect of said deceased's will, and 
according to law; and making a true and perfect inventory and 
conscionable appraisement thereof, and exhibiting the same into 
the Register's Office, at Washington, on or before the 26th day 
of February next, ensuring, and also a true and just account, 
calculation, and reckoning of your administration, upon your 
solemn Oath to render at or before the 26th day of January one 
thousand nine hundred and sixteen, or when legally thereunto 
required; and I do by these presents ordain, constitute and 
depute you, the said John G. Harris, administrator of all and 
singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which 
remain unadministered and which were of the said deceased, with 
a copy of said deceased's Will annexed, within the limits 
aforesaid; saving harmless and forever indemnifying me and all 
other officers against all persons by reason of your 
administration aforesaid, and saving all others their rights, 
&c.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed the seal of said office, at Washington, the 26th day of 
january in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 
fifteen.

I, David Harris, of West Wheatfield Township, County of 
Indiana and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory 
and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and 
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by 
me at any time heretofore made.
First.   I order that all my Just debts and funeral 
expenses be paid also that a Headstone to cost Seventy Five 
($75.00) Dollars for myself and wife Isabell Harris be placed on 
my grave  I give to my beloved wife Isabell Harris all my 
estate both real and personal which I may have or own at the 
time of my death also do give her full power of Attorney to 
dispose of any real estate either in whole or in part which I 
may have own or control at the time of my death and all the rest 
and residue of my estate whatever and wheresoever I give and 
bequeath to my wife Isabell Harris as afforsaid during her life 
time and so much of my said estate And So much of my estate as 
may be remaining at the time of the death of the said Isabell 
Harris I would farther will that it be divided equally among my 
Six children share and share alike - who by name area a s 
follows  John G. Harris   Clarra B. Shomo  Thomas H. Harris    
Williams S. Harris   Sara J. Fulcomer   David M. Harris  - I 
also order that any notes that I may hold against any of my 
above named children at the time of my death shall be deducted 
from their share of said estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, David Harris, the testator above 
named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 
nineteenth (19th) day of February in the year of our Lord one 
thousand nine hundred and Three.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named 
David Harris as and for his last Will and Testament, in the 
presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed ours names at his 
request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said 
testate, and of each other.
