Last Will and Testament of Mary Ann HANLON

I, Mary Ann Hanlon, of Gallitzin Township, County of Cambria and State of 
Penna, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish 
this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking, and making void all former 
wills by me at any time heretofore made.

1st. I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid at once.

2nd. I will, give and bequeath all my estate real, personal and mixed to my 
husband Daniel Hanlon absolutely to him, his heirs and assigns forever.

3rd. I appoint and constitute my husband Daniel to be executor of this my 
last will and testament.

Signed, sealed, delivered and declared this to be my last will and testament 
on this 22nd day of September 1913 in the presence of the undersigned who at 
my request in my presence and in the presence of each other acknowledge this 
to be my last will and testament.

Before me Sherman Tibbott, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came John C. 
Ivory and Annie L. Ivory, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will and 
Testament, who being duly sworn according to law, do depose and say that they 
were present and saw and heard Mary Ann Hanlon, the within-named testatrix, 
signed, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of 
writing as and for her last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing 
she was of sound mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of their 
knowledge, observation and belief.
