Last Will and Testament of George Glass of Munster, Cambria 
County, PA

In the name of God Amen. I George Glass of Munster in Cambria 
County being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and 
memory blessed be the almighty God for the same. Do publish this 
my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First 
that my lawful debts and funeral expenses be paid I do also give 
and bequeath all the rest of my property to my friend Polly Horn 
viz: one cow four sheep to beads beading and beadsteads one 
chest and all my household and kitchen furniture and all other 
the residue and remainder of my property Goods and Chattels of 
whatsoever kind or nature they may be and I further constitute 
and appoint Joseph Lilly and Phillip Koon to be executors of 
this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills or 
bequests herfetofore made by me. In testimony whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eight day of December 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen.

Signed sealed and declared and published by the above named 
George Glass in the presence of us who at his request and in his 
presence have subscribed our names as witnesses in his presence.

On the first day of March in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and seventeen personally came before me 
James C. Maguire register for the probate of wills and Granting 
letters of administration in and for said County John Will John 
Luttlenout and John Miller the subscribing witnesses to the 
foregoing Instrument of writing. The said Witnesses being duly 
sworn Deposed saith that they were personally present and heard 
and saw the within named George Glass sign seal publish and 
declare the foregoing instrument of Writing as and for his last 
will and testament that at the time of doing this the said 
Testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory according to 
the best of said deponants knowledge and belief and observation 
said deponants subscribed thereto as witnesses of such execution 
in his presence and at his request.
Sworn and subscribed before me the day and year last above 
written.
