Last Will and Testament of Nicholas J. Boyer
Know all men by these Presents:  That I, Nicholas J. Boyer, Hotel Keeper, of Wilmore, Cambria 
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing state of mind and memory, and being 
desirous of settling my worldly affairs, while I have strength and capacity, do make and publish 
this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any 
time heretofore made.

First, I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, 
from any personal property, not hereinafter disposed of.
Second, I bequeath and devise to my wife Elizabeth Boyer and son John, to be theirs absolutely 
Equal shares of all the residue of my estate, weather real or personal, __ as of any inheritance 
that may come to my estate after my death.  I also give to my wife Elizabeth Boyer, the power to 
sell and make Deeds of any or all of my Estate, as she may see fit  I also desire that she be 
appointed guardian for my son John.
Lastly I appoint my wife Elizabeth Boyer my Executrix.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal, and published and declared this 
instrument to be my last will and testament, the thirtieth day March, 1903, in the presence of the 
persons whose names are subscribed as attesting witnesses.

County of Cambriass

Before me William H. Strauss Register of the Probate of Wills and granting 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came J. W. Holder and J. B. Boxler 
the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will who being duly sworn according to law, do 
depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard Nicholas J. Boyer the within named 
testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for 
his last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory, and 
understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
