Jackson, Oct. 20th 1866 (U.S. Rev. Stamp of Court)

In the name of God, Amen.  I, Peter Albaugh, of Jackson Township, County of 
Cambria, and State of Pennsylvania, considering the shortness and uncertainly 
of this life, do make this my last Will and Testament, revoking all former 
wills.

First. After the payment of all my lawful debts, I give to my wife, Sarah, 
the interest of one third of all my property, both real and personal.

Second. That there shall be equal distribution of all the property, both real 
and personal, among the lawful heirs, provided that the amount charged in the 
will be deducted from the amount of legacy of each heir against who they are 
charged as follows:

Wm. Albaugh $325.00
Samuel Albaugh $300.00
Daniel Albaugh $100.00
Susan Albaugh $ 20.00
Elizabeth Albaugh $ 65.00
Peggy Albaugh $ 65.00
Polly Albaugh $ 15.00
And I do hereby authorize and earnestly desire that Solomon Benshoof act as 
executor of this my last Will and Testament, witness my hand and seal this 
twentieth day of October A. D. 1866

Before me, Geo. Oatman. Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters 
of Administration, in and for said County, personally came Charles Buxton and 
Henry Ely, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who being duly 
affirmed and sworn according to law, do depose and say, that they were 
present and saw and heard Peter Albaugh, the within named testator, sign, 
seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as 
and for his Last Will and Testament, and at the time of doing he was of sound 
mind, memory, and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation 
and belief.

Affirmed and Sworn and Subscribed this 15th day of April A. D. 1872

The following words are written on the same sheet of paper with the foregoing 
will, but were not admitted to Probate to wit: "And I further want fifty 
dollars deducted out of Elizabeth Albaugh share in this my last will.
