Will of Moses Yingling, Late of Logan Twp. Deceased.

  I, Moses Yingling, of Logan Township, County of Blair and State of 
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make 
and publish this, my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making 
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
  I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah Jane Yingling, all my 
household furniture or personal estate, and I also give, devise, and 
bequeath to her my said wife, the use, improvement and income of my 
messuage and lot of lands in which my dwelling house is situated, of 
about three 3/4 fourth acres, with its appurtenances, to have and to 
hold for her sole use and benefit for and during her natural life.
  And after death of my said wife, I give and bequeath my aforesaid 
messuage and lot of land, with appurtenances thereto, to my son 
Jonathan Moses Yingling, upon condition that he my son Jonathan, shall 
pay to each of my children, namely:

Margaret Ann the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Mary Ellen the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Ida Bell the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
John Washington the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Malinda Cathrine the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Harvey James the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Matilda Bertha the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.
Alice May the sum of Five $5.00 Dollars.

  I do hereby make constitute and appoint Jonathan Moses Yingling (my 
son) to be executor of this my last will and testament.
  In witness whereof I, Moses Yingling the testator above named, have 
hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 12th twelfth day of 
March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve 
(1912).

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Moses 
Yingling as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, 
who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses 
thereto, in the presence of the said testator, and of each other.

  This 11th day of May A.D. 1912, before me, Claude Jones, Register for 
the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for 
the County of Blair, personally came Adam Leake of 1413 11th St., 
Altoona, Pa., and Charles T. Allemann of 1212 9th Street, Altoona, Pa., 
the subscribing witnesses to the above will, and being duly sworn 
according to law, did depose and say they were personally present and 
saw and heard Moses Yingling, the testator, sign, seal, publish 
pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for 
his testament and last will, that they signed their names in the 
presence and at the request of the said testator, and in the presence 
of each other, and that at the time of so doing he, the said testator 
was of perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of 
their knowledge and belief.

  Before me, the Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters 
of Administration, in and for the County of Blair, personally came 
Jonathan Moses Yingling, R.F.D. No. 1, Altoona, Pa., who, being duly 
sworn doth depose and say that as Executor of the last Will and 
Testament of Moses Yingling, deceased, he will well and truly 
administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased 
according to law, and also will diligently comply with the provisions 
of the law relating to collateral inheritances.
