Last Will and Testament of George WEIGHT. 
Taken verbatim from Will Book C, pp. 89-90.

  I George Weight of the Township of Antis County of Blair and State of 
Pennsylvania feeling the infirmities of age and realizing that time is 
uncertain do make and declare the following to be my Last will and 
Testament in the distribution of my property and Effects.
  1st I direct that all my debts shall be paid.
  2nd I hereby bequeath unto my son John M. Weight or his heirs one 
thousand dollars.
   3rd I hereby bequeath unto my Brother David Weight or his heirs 
three hundred dollars.
  4th I bequeath Anna Weight widow of my brother John Weight two 
hundred dollars.
  5th I bequeath to my sister Susan Burns one hundred and fifty 
dollars.
  6th I bequeath to my brother Abraham Weight fifty dollars.
  7th I bequeath to my brother Isaac Weight fifty dollars.
  8th I bequeath to my sister Mary Robbison fifty dollars.
  Any Balance of my effects remaining after payment as before stated 
shall be paid to my said son John in connection with what I have 
bequeathed to him.
  I hereby appoint & constitute David Henshey my Executor of this my 
Last will & Testament.
  9th I also bequeath unto my sister Anna Yingling fifty dollars.
  In witness of the foregoing I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal 
this twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 
hundred and seventy.

Before me the Register for the Probate of wills and granting Letters of 
Administration in and for the county of Blair personally appeared James 
McPherson & Robert Love who being duly sworn do depose and say that 
they were personally present and saw and heard George Weight sign, 
seal, execute, publish, pronounce & declare the within instrument of 
writing as for his last will and testament that they signed their names 
as witnesses thereto in the presence and at the request of the said 
Testator and in the presence of each other and that at the time of 
signing the same the said Testator was of sound and disposing mind 
memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.

Before me the Register for the probate of Wills &c in and for Blair Co. 
personally appeared David Henshey who being duly sworn doth depose and 
say that as Executor of the last will and Testament of George Weight 
decd. he will well and truly administer the goods & chattels right and 
credits of the said decedent according to law and that the whole of the 
estate does not in value exceed the sum of Thirty five hundred dollars 
to the best of his Knowledge and belief.
