Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Flora Webb

I, Mrs. Flora Webb, residing at No. 404 Third Avenue, in Altoona, Blair County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and discretion, but considering the
uncertainties of life, do hereby make this my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former wills and testamentary writings by me at any
time heretofore made:

First.- I direct that my body be buried in a manner pertaining to my estate and
condition in life, and according to the rites and ceremonies of the Church of
which I am a member.

Second.- I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses by my
Executor hereinafter named.

Third.- As I desire my only son, Elmer Ellsworth Webb, to have sufficient estate
to assist him in the maintenance of his home, the rearing and educating of his
children, and for his own uses, and as he is my only child and nearest and
dearest to me, and has always been a good and dutiful son, I do hereby give,
devise and bequeath unto him, said Elmer Ellsworth Webb, absolutely and in fee
simple, all my estate, read, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate and for
whatsoever interest I may have therein.

Fourth.- I nominate and appoint my son, Elmer Ellsworth Webb, as sole Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament, and hereby request that he select John F.
