Isaac SPARR

I, Isaac Sparr of Woodberry Township in the County of Blair, State Pennsylvania, 
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this my last 
Will and Testament. I give will and devise unto my wife Eliza the one third of 
the proceeds of the farm on which grow ___ on each and every ___ of her ___ ___ 
time to be paid her by my ___ herein after named executor, together with the 
privilege of living and remaining in the house I now reside she having the use 
and occupancy of two rooms in one ___ of said house during her natural life. I 
also give my said wife Eliza the one third of all my house hold and kitchen 
furniture to be given her by my herein after names executor at the appraised 
value. I give will and devise unto my nephew John Sparr son of my brother John 
Sparr the farm or tract of land which I bought of Hobert Crisswell and John K-
dler containing about one hundred and thirty or forty acres with singular all 
the rights and privileges hereto together with fifty acres off the mountain 
tract of land I own adjoining Royer Smucher and others on ___ mountain in said 
Township County and State aforesaid to be divided off the west end of side 
adjoining lands of John Smith Fuder and others. I give will and devise to my 
brother Samuel Sparr one thousand dollars to be deducted out of a note or single 
bill I hold against him. I give will and devise unto my child should my wife 
Eliza have one the price or tract of land I now reside on situate in said 
Township, County and State aforesaid adjoining lands Henry Harbison, Samuel 
Dean, Samuel Sparr and others together with the remaining part of said mountain 
tract of land above described and I also give will and devise unto my said child 
all my personal estate that I now have or may have, at the time of my death with 
the profits and proceeds of said pieces of tracts of land subject to the before 
mentioned devises and bequests and in case my said wife Eliza should not have 
any lawful child to me or in the event of my said child dying before it arrives 
at the age of twenty one years without any lawful heir, then in that case I give 
will and devise unto my nephew William and Isaac Sparr sons of my brother David 
Sparr, Christian Sparr son of Samuel Sparr the farm or tract of land on which I 
now reside and the balance of said mountain tract of land ___ pieces of tracts 
of land being before described as to locations etc. to have and to hold the same 
subject to all the before mentioned devises and bequests. I give will and devise 
unto my nephews Levi and Christian Sparr sons of my brother David Sparr all my 
personal estate that I now have or may have at the time of my death subject to 
all the before mentioned conditions devises and bequests. And lastly I do hereby 
nominate and appoint my brother David Sparr and my nephew John Sparr son of my 
brother John Sparr the Executors of this my last will and testament with the 
full right and ___ to ___ and ___ ___ and wife ___ as may be necessary those two 
last described pieces or tracts of land and to receive all money that may be 
coming to my said ___ in case my said Eliza should have one as before mentioned 
and to ___ or part ___ ___ interest ___ safe lands for the use of my said child.

In Testimony Thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ___ day of June 
A.D 18--.

Signed published and declared as the Last will and Testament of Isaac Sparr
in the presence of us the day and year aforesaid. The following being first ___ 
tract in the Nineteenth line with in the twenty-ninth line.

Before me the Deputy Register for the Probate of Wills and granting letters of 
Administration in and for the said County of Blair, personally came Joshua 
Roller who being duly sworn according to law do depose and say that he was 
personally present and saw and heard the within named Isaac Spar[r] sign seal 
execute, publish pronounce and declare the within and foregoing instrument of 
writing as and for his last will and Testament, and that this deponent did sign 
his name thereto as a witness in the presence of the other witnesses and in the 
presence of the said Testator, and at his instance and request, and that the 
said Testator was at the time of sound and deposing mind memory and 
understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief.

July A.D. 1847 before Joshua Roller

thereto as a witness in the presence of the other witnesses and in the presence

of his knowledge and belief.
