Will of Leah Musselman
Late of Greenfield Tp.
Deceased
I Laah Mussleman of Greenfield Township Blair County and State of Pennsylvania
being of sound mind and memory do mak publish and Declair this to my last will
and testament.
to wit
Firs - All my just debts and funarl expences shall be first fully paid.
Second - My son David Moses shal have one Bed and S***
third - My dauters Elizabeth Mussleman and Ellan Black shal have the balance of
my household and they shal divided eaquil beteen them two selves.
forth, And my son David Moses and my dauter Ellan Black shal hav the balance of
my moneyes standing out and that I have in this two shal share alike in the
balins of my moneye and Elizabeth Mussleman my oldest dauter has her share in
full of the moneye.
fifth I nominate and appoint C.F. Lingenfelter to be my Executor of this my last
will

this 23 day of Febuary A.D. 1891

This 17 day of March A.D. 1891 before me J. Lee Plummer Register for the Probate
of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Blair,
personally came William Weyandt and Barbara Klutz the subscribing witnesses to
the above will, and being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say they
were personally present and saw and heard Leah Musselman the testatrix sign
Seal, publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and
for her testament and [two faded words], that they signed their names in the
presence and at the request of the said testatrix, and in the presence of each
other, and that at the time of so doing she the said testatrix was of perfect
and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and
belief.

Before me, the Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in and for the County of Blair personally came C.F. Lingenfelter
who being duly sworn did depose and say that as executor of the last will and
testament of Leah Musselman deceased he will and truly administer the goods and
chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law, And also will
diligently comply with the provisions of the law relating to Collateral
Inheritances.
