Last Will and Testament of John Keith dec'd

I John Keith of Tyrone Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania (Farmer) do make 
and publish this my last will and Testament.  First, I direct that my just 
debt, shall be paid out of the proceeds, of my property.  Second, I direct 
that after paying my debts, the proceeds of all and every amount of my 
property and assets to be left to the management and sole control of my 
beloved wife Ellen Jane Keith and for her benefit during her life and any be 
left out of the proceeds of my Estate, at my said wife's death it shall be 
divided between my sons Andrew and Harvey Keith, further I direct that one 
hundred dollars be paid to my son Alexander by my wife on settlement of the 
Estate by my Executor's and I hereby appoint my beloved wife Ellen Jane Keith, 
Dr. E.O.M. Haberacker to be Executors of this my last will and Testament be 
witness whereof I John Keith set my hand and seal this twenty-second day of 
February Eight Hundred Seventy-three.

Blair County SS:

This 10th day of June A.D. 1873 before me D. M. Jones Register for the probate 
of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of 
Blair, personally came Thomas McClain and Joseph Crawford the subscribing 
witnesses to the above will and being duly sworn according to law did depose 
and say they personally present and saw and heard John Keith the Testator sign 
seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and 
for this testament and last will that they signed their names in the presence 
of each other and that at the time of so doing he the said Testator was of 
perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their 
knowledge and belief.

Blair County SS:

Before me the Register for Probate of Wills and granting letters of 
administration to and for the County of Blair, personally came Dr. E. O. M. 
Haberacker who being duly sworn did depose and say that as Executor of  the 
Last Will and Testament of John Keith dec'd he will ___ and truly administrate 
the goods and chattels rights and credits of said deceased according to law.  
And , that the State and effects real and personal form in respect of which 
the above probate is applied for does not in value exceed the sum of four 
thousand dollars to the best of his knowledge and belief.

Memorandum:  Letter's Testamentary were this day issued to Dr. E. O. M. 
Haberacker on the Estate of John Keith late of Tyrone Township, Blair County, 
dec'd.  Given under my hand and official seal at Hollidaysburg the same day 
and year to wit: June 10th 1873.
