The Last Will and Testament of Mary Donnally Deceased
Know all men by these presents that I Mary Donnally of Antis Township Blair
County and State of Pennsylvania being in ill health but of Sound and disposing
mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, and as to my
worldly estate and all the property real personal & mixed of which I Shall die
seized and possessed of on to which I Shall be entitled at the time of my
decease I devise and bequeath and dispose of in the manner following Viz.
1st My will is that all my just debts, and funeral Expenses shall by Executors
hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by
them be found convenient.
2nd I give devise and bequeath unto the heirs of my son William Seven hundred
Dollars, and my will is that all the residue of my estate real personal and
mixed after the said seven hundred dollars is paid to the heirs of my son
William as above Stated of which I Shall die seized and possessed on to which I
shall be entitled at my decease. I give devise and bequeath to be equally
divided between and among my son Samuel, my Daughter Jane and the heirs of my
son William and lastly I do nominate and appoint my son Samuel and my son-in-law
George Hicks to be my executors of this my last will and testament - In
Testimony where of I the said Mary Donnelly have to this my last Will and
Testament contained on two sheets of paper and to this the last sheet thereof I
have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twentieth day of June in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and Sixty seven.

will and testament in the presence due who at her request and in her presence
and in the presence of Each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.

Before me the Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in & for the County of Blair personally appeared the within named
John Campbell & Wilson E. Craine who being duly sworn according to law did
depose and say that they were personally present & saw & heard Mary Donnally,
sign, seal, Execute publish pronounce and declare the within Instrument of
Writing as & for her last will and testament that they signed their names as
witnesses thereto in the presence and at the request of the said testator, and
in the presence of Each other & that at the time of signing the same the said
testator was of sound & disposing mind memory & understanding to the best of
their Knowledge & belief.

Personally appeared before me Samuel Donnally and George Hicks who being duly
Sworn according to law did depose & say that as Executors of the last will &
testament of Mary Donnally deceased they will well and truly Administer the
goods and chattels rights and credits which were of the said deceased. According
to the provisions of the said will and According to law and further that the
whole of the Estate bequeathed in said will does not in value exceed the sum of
Three Thousand Dollars to the best of their Knowledge & belief.

Memorandum: Letters Testamentary were this day issued to Samuel Donnally &
George Hicks on the estate of Mary Donnally late of Antis township Blair Co.
decd.
An Inventory of the Goods & Chattels to be Exhibited & filed in thirty days and
a just & true account calculation & reckoning to be filed in one year from the
date hereof in where thereunto legally required.
Given Under my hand & official seal, at Hollidaysburg the 22nd day of July A. D.
1867. Acct passed & filed June 2/68 Certified to the O.C. to July Term 1868.
Note: This document has been transcribed with the exact spelling used in the
original.
Note, the actual spelling of the family name was Donnelly, but is spelled
Donnally in the documents filed at the Courthouse.)
