Last Will and Testament of Frank Wolf Dec'd.

  In the name of God Amen.  I Frank Wolf of the City of Altoona, County 
of Blair, State of Pennsylvania, being sick and weak in body but of 
sound mind, memory and understanding (praised be God for it),  
considering the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time 
thereof, and to the end to the end [sic] I may be better prepared to 
leave this world whenever it shall please God to call me hence, do 
therefore make and declare this my last will and Testament in manner 
following (that is to say) first and principally I commend my soul into 
the hands of Almighty God my Creator, and my body to the earth to be 
interred in the Altoona Fairview Cemetery, and as to such worldly 
Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to intrust me I dispose of the 
same as followeth:
  I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of 
proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and 
after payment thereof and every part thereof I give and bequeath to my 
beloved mother Sarah Wolf, and whatever amount my Executor (hereinafter 
named) may receive from any Beneficial or Mutual Aid Society or 
Association that may be justly due (after paying the debts aforesaid) 
shall be handed over to my beloved Mother Sarah Wolf for her sole 
benefit and use, all the rest and residue of my personal estate 
whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature or kind and quality soever 
the same may be and not herein before given and disposed of. I give and 
bequeath to my said mother Sarah Wolf to her own use and benefit 
absolutely.
  I do hereby constitute and appoint my brother John G. Wolf Sole 
Executor of this my last will and testament without bond.
  In witness whereof I Frank Wolf the Testator have to this my will 
written on one Sheet of Paper set my hand and seal this Seventh day of 
June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine.

Signed, Sealed published and declared by the said Testator Frank Wolf 
as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his 
presence and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses 
thereto.

Blair County SS:
  This 28th day of June A.D. 1879 before me A. Lingenfelter, register 
for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of administration in and 
for the county of Blair personally came S. C. Nicodemus and Chas. 
Geesey the subscribing witnesses to the above will and being duly sworn 
according to law did depose and say they were personally present and 
saw and heard Frank Wolf the Testator Sign, Seal, publish, pronounce 
and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his 
testament and last will, that they signed their names in the presence 
and at the request of the said Testator and in the presence of each 
other and that at the time of so doing he the said Testator was of 
perfect and sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their 
Knowledge & beliefs. Sworn and subscribed before me:

Blair County SS:
  Before me the Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters 
of Administration in and for the county of Blair personally came John 
G. Wolf who being duly sworn doth depose and say that as Executor of 
the estate and testament of Frank Wolf deceased he will well and truly 
administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of 
said deceased according to law.  Also that the Estate and Effects Real 
and Personal for or in respect of which the ___ Probate is applied for 
does not in value exceed the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to the best of 
his knowledge and belief.  
Sworn and subscribed before me this 28th day of June A.D. 1879

Issued to John G. Wolf Exr. of the last Will and Testament of Frank
