The Last Will and testament of George Peter Wilt, deceased.

One Dollar & a half
U S Int Rev Stamp
In the name of God Amen; I George Peter Wilt of the Township of
Juniatta in the County of Blair and State of Pennsylvania being of
Sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail &
transitory life to therefore make ordain publish & declare this to be
my last will and Testament that is to say first after all my lawful
debts are paid & discharged the residue of my estate real and personal
I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit, to my son Andrew's
heirs one share and my son Simon one share My Daughter Susan
Intermarried with Joseph Kelly one Share My Daughter Ann Intermarried
with Stephen Myars one share and my Daughter Rachel Intermarried with
Michael O. Chelly one share My Daughter Tarathe Intermarried with
Daniel Fisher one share my Daughter Martha heirs one share my daughter
Luca Intermarried with Joseph Gutwalt one share my Daughter Elizabeth
Ester Intermarried with J. Carns one share My Daughter Cecly Jane
intermarried with Henry baker one share, All share and share alike and
My son Simon is to receive his share personally And if he is not here
to receive it, it is to be divided among the rest of my heirs and after
my death my said Executor is to sell all my personal property at public
sale without appraisement to the best advantage he can and the real
estate is to be sold at public or private sale to the best advantage he
can and ?? my heirs is to pay no interest on any notes or papers held
by me after my death and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint
Jacob Leighty of Juniatta Township Blair County Executor of this my
will hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me
at anytime heretofore and declare this one to be my last will and
testament, set my hand and seal, the 2nd day of April A.D. 1866.

his Last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in his presence
and at his request and in the presence of Each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto

Before me the Register for the Probate of Wills in and for Blair
County Personally came Frederick Wilt and Edwin J. Leighty, who being
duly sworn did depose and say, That they were Personally present and
did hear and see the above named G. P. Wilt sign, seal Execute,
Publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing Instrument of Writing, as
and for his Last Will and Testament; that they signed their names as
witnesses thereto in the presence of each other, and in the presence
and at the request of the said Testator & that at the time of signing
the Same the Said Testator was of sound mind memory and understanding
to the best of their Knowledge & belief. Sworn & Subscribed before me
this 11th day of August AD 1866, by D. M. Jones, Register

Before me the Register for the Probate of Wills & Granting Letters of
Administration in and for Blair County- Personally came Jacob Leighty
who being duly sworn according to law did depose and say that as
Executor of the last will and Testament of G. P. Wilt deceased he will
well and truly administer the goods & Chattels, rights and credits of
said deceased according to law; and further that the said Estate
accrued? in said will does not in value Exceed the Sum of Three
Thousand dollars to the best of his Knowledge and belief.

Memorandum: Letters Testamentary were this day granted to Jacob Leighty
of Juniatta Township on the Estate of George Peter Wilt of the same
Township Blair County & State of Pennsylvania
An Inventory of the goods & Chattels to be filed in thirty days and a
Just and true account of his said Administration to be filed in one
Year or where thereunto legally required.
Given under my hand & seal of office at Hollidaysburg this Eleventh
day of August A.D. 1866, vendue list filed Oct. 22nd A.D. 1866
