Will of John McIntire

I, John McIntire of Waine Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania, being of
 sound mind memory and understanding do Make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament
 hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
as to such Estate as God has entrusted me with. I dispose of the same as follows; first 
I request my boddy to be enterred in The George Kline Burying Grounds along side my 
Wife Mary McIntire and also to be berried in a respectable like manner according to my ability

Item All of My Estate Both Real and personal to be appraised and Either sold or Either of my 
children To Have The privelege of Taking The same at The appraisment-Giving the oldest The
 preference and thence in accordance with their age as may like suit.

Item I give and Bequeath to my Son Rev. John McIntire an amount sufficient to make
 him equal share with my other children Namely Daniel - Alexander - Mary Ann and 
Altman McIntire said amount they have already received and can be ascertained by 
my papers and receipts

Item After all debts and funeral expenses is paid and the above requests fully complied 
with . The balance of my estate both real and personal together with all moneys if any 
and to be equaly divided among all my children excepting my Daughter Catherine McIntire 
now Catherine Wilson of which I give and bequeath to her as her full share of all my Estate 
and effects The sum of Seventy five Dollars including the note against her in my possession
and I constitute  and appoint my Son Alexander McIntire my sole executor of this my Last 
Will and Testament  In witsneth therof  I  John McIntire the Testator have to this my Will 
on this one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this Second Day of May  one Thousand 
Eight-hundred and sixty-five

the above named John McIntire for his last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who
have hereunto subscribed our names at his
request as Witsneth thereto in the presence
of the said Testator and of each other
