(Estate of Michael Koppenhaver/Copenhaver  1847_  

ARMSTRONG COUNTY THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA

To Susannah Copenhaver widow, Henry Copenhaver, Daniel Copenhaver both of whom
reside in the state of Michigan, 
Samuel  Copenhaver who resides in Redbank Township County aforesaid Catherine
Copenhaver intermarried with James Porter 
now deceased leaving one heir at law George Porter(of whom James Porter is quardian
ad Siteu) residing in Wayne Township, 
Angeline Copenhaver intermarried with Martin Schreconghost.  George Copenhaver a
minor of whom George Coleman is 
guardian (ad Stitue) widow and heirs of Michael Copenhaver late of Redbank Tsp. in 
said county decd. Whereas by an inquest 
for that purpose duly awarded by the Orhpans court of said county the real estate of
Michael  Copenhaver was appraised at and 
for the sum of $990 and whereas none of the heirs appearing in court upon the return
of said writ to wit 20'th Dec. 1847 to 
accept or refuse the said real estate at the appraisement a wile was granted upon
the said heirs to appear at next term & 
accept or refuse to accept the said real estate at the valuation   You and everyone
of you are therefore herby commanded to 
be and appear at the next Orphans court to be held at Kittanning for the County
aforsaid on the third Monday this 20 day of 
March next to accept or refuse to accept the Premises aforesaid at the appraised
