John Fry of Bethel Twp.


In the name of God Amen, I John Fry of Bethel Township, County of
Armstrong, and State of Pennsylvania Being of Sound mind and memory do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
in manner and form following:  Hereby revoking any wills or Wills
heretofore made by me.
First - I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses, o be fully paid
and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Item - First.  I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Fry,
all my personal property and all my real estate of which I shall die
Seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my
decease to have and to hold the same to her for, and during her natural
life, or as long as she remains my widow.
Second.  At the death of my Wife, or if She should marry, then all the
personal property which she may have then and all my real estate is to
be sold and the money divided equally Share and Share alike among my
Sons and daughters.  Namely Mary C. Fry intermarried with David
Householder, Elizabeth Fry intermarried with J. Campbell, John A. Fry,
George Fry, Emanuel Fry, Levi L. Fry, Daniel Fry, Joseph Fry, Aaron Fry
and Sarah E. Fry intermarried with Wm. Mo??, and Emily Fry is to have
Share and Share alike.
And Lastly I do nominate and appoint my son-in-law David Householder and
my son John A. Fry to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In Testimony whereof I the said John Fry have to this my last Will and
Testament contained on this Sheet of paper I have subscribed my name and
affixed my Seal this Twenty Second day of March A.D. One thousand eight
hundred and Eighty two.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the John Fry as and for his will
and Testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his
presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto.

County of Armstrong  S.S.
Personally came before me H. J. Hays Register fro the Probate of Wills
and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid,
L.B. Wolf and Miles Beatty, the Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
will, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were
present and saw and heard John Fry the Testator within named sing seal
publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and
for his last will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of
sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and
belief.

Sworn and subscribed before me this 3rd day of Aug. 1885.

I H. J. Hays Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in and foresaid County do hereby certify the foregoing to
be a true and copy of the last will and Testament of John Fry of Bethel
Township deceased as well as of  the ? estate of the same.
