In the Name of God, Amen.  I, William  Beaty, of the Borough of Manorville, County
of Armstrong, and State of Pennsylvania,  being sick and weak in body, but of sound
mind, memory, and understanding (praise be to God for it) considering the
certainty of death, and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and to the end that I
may be the better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to call
me hence, do  make and declare this my last will and testament in manner following: 
I order that my executor (herein after named) pay all my just debts, funeral
expenses, doctor bills, and charges of proving this, my will, and any other
necessary expenses in the first place, and I order and direct the following 
distribution of my money and property
Item. I give and bequeath to my son, Hamilton K. Beaty, one thousand dollars, five
hundred dollars of which I have paid in giving him an education and the remaining
five hundred is to be paid  him for the finishing of his education. out of the money
due me from sale of part of my interest in mill property to Patterson, McLeod and
McCullough which will make his one thousand dollars in full.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son John K. Beaty, my daughters Isabella, and Mary
A., and son William W. each one thousand dollars providing my property will amount
to that much, and after paying each of them one thousand dolars making them equal
with Hamilton, the balance, if any, is to be equally divided amongst my five
children. 
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother, James Beaty of Allegheny Township,
County and State above written, executor of this, my last will, hereby revoking and
making void all other and former wills, and declaring this only to be my last will
and testament
In witness whereof I have this fourteenth day of July  A,D. One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Seventy set my hand and seal.Signed W.W. Beaty
