In the Name of God, Amen. I, Alice Beatty, of the Borough of Leechburg, in the
County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind
and memory, and considering the uncertainty of, this to be my last will and
testament. as follows:
First. I direct that my lawful debts be paid
Second. I appoint W.A. Cochrane ,Esq. as executor of this, my last will and
testament, who I request to hold all my property intact, or as much thereof as
possible, until my daughter, Hazel, becomes of age, when I direct that it is to be
given to my legal heirs.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed my seal, this
thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
