Written: January 11, 1826

Will of William VanKirk of Wash Co, will book 4 p 172 dated Jany 11, 1826 wills:

2. To wife Deborah, all furniture except what belongs to my 3 youngest 
daughters viz Sarah, Charity & Clarissa
3. To my son Henry, all my R.E. consisting of the farm on which I live & speaks 
of taking care of my son Walters who is now insane.
4. To each of my children, viz: Foster VanKirk, Johnson VanKirk, William 
VanKirk, Waters [sic] VanKirk, Phebe Parkeson, Mary, wife of Luther Day, Eliza, 
wife of Thomas Willson, Priscilla, wife of Isaac Miller, Sarah VanKirk, Charity 
VanKirk, & Clarissa VanKirk two dollars each

Lastly appoints Henry VanKirk & Johnson VanKirk, my sons, Exrs.  William 
VanKirk (L.S.) Witness Isaac H. Dickenson, Jacob Myers

On Feby 23, 1826 the above witnesses prove will
Johnson VanKirk renounced his right on Mch 15, 1826 & on Mch 20, 1826 letter 
issued to Henry VanKirk
