In the name of God Amen I John Munn of Notingham Township Washington County
State of Pennsylvania farmer being weak of body but of perfect mind and
memory thanks be given unto God calling to mind the mortality of my body and
knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this
my last will and testament that is to say principally and first of all I give
and recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body
I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent and christian manner at the
descreation of my executors and as touching such worldy estate wherewith it
hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give demise and dispose of the
same in the following manor and form first I allow all my just and lawfull
debts to be paid out of my estate by my executors  I leave and bequeathe to
my son Asa one dollar I leave and bequeathe to my daughter Margaret three
hundred dollars I give and devise to my three sons named Samuel James and
David their hiers & Asigns forever all my real estate to be equally divided
betwee [part of page gone] and if my other property is insuficint to satisfy
the legacies aforementioned the deficiency to be charged on my real estate
and to be paid by any said sons, Samuel James and David by equal portions in
two years after they respectively arrive at the age of twenty one years if
one or more of my said sons should die before they come of age or have no
lawful issue, viz Samuel, James and David then in that case I alow their part
of the estate to the other surviving brother or brothers I leave and bequeathe
to my son John Munn (as he is called) one dollar.  I leave and bequeathe to my
daughter Christiana Munn thirty dollars.  I allow all my moveable estate to be
sold at my decease and aplied to pay off the legacese as far as it will go
(except what I have already given to my daught - Margret) together with
whatever bonds, notes, book ads or money that shall happen to be in my
possession at my decease.  I also alow James and David to be bound out to
trades at the age of fourteen years.  I constitute make and ordain this my
last will and testament and I do hereby revoke and disanull all and every
other testments, wills legacies and bequests by me in any wise before named
wills and bequeathed ratyfing and confirming this and no other to be my last
will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this twenty seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seven.
