the 'fs' for 'ss' is written as 'ss']

In the name of God Amen the twelth day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand Seven hundred and Eighty six I John Munn Sen. of Washington County
and State of Pennsylvania being in good health and in perfect mind and memory
thanks be given unto God therefore but calling unto mind the mortality of my
body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and
ordain this my last will and testament that is to say principally and first
of all I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it and
for my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a christian like and
decent manner at the descretion of my Executors nothing doubting but at the
general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of
God.  And as touching such Wordly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to
bless me in this life I give and devise of the same in this following manner
and form. Imprimis It is my will and I do order that in the first place that
all my just debts and funeral charges be pay'd and satisfied. Item. I give
and bequeath unto Margaret my beloved Wife one third of the profits of all my
Improvements and one third of my moveable Estate after the debts are all paid
during her Widowhood or if she never mareys to be left to her owne diseration
to the child that youses hir beste.  Item. I have given to my oldest son James
Munn the place where he now lives likewise five pounds at my deces ___ Item I
give to my second son Josiah Munn one third of all the land now in my
posesion to be divided by quantity and quality between him and his two
younger brothers or as they can agree themselves likewise five pounds at my
deces.  Item.  I give to my third son John Munn one third of all the land now
in my posesion to be devided as above likewise five pounds at my deces.  Item,
I give to my fourth son David Munn one third of all the land now in my
posesion to be devided as above likewise one horse and seadel and five pounds
at my deces.  Item I give to my Grandson Solomon Froman one hundred acres of
land where William Boyers now lives Joyning Lemuel Sears lyne, James Innes,
Joseph McOwens [or McQuinn] James Munn and where I now live but if said
Solomon Froman should die before the age of twenty one years the said hundred
acres to be devided equally amongst my four sons.  Item. I give to my daughter
Mary Boyers five pounds at my deces likewaise liberty to live on said hundred
acres of Land which I have willed to Solomon Froman her son until he is of
the age of twenty one if the said Froman lives so long if said Mary and her
husband think proper to live thereon to have all the prophets as long as they
live on it but no longer. Item I give to my daughter Margaret one horse and
saedel one cow and calf and ten pounds at my deces.  Item I give to my
daughter Hannah one horse and seadel one cow and calf and twenty pounds at my
deces.  Item it is my will and I do ordain that all the legates be payed out
of my estate by my three youngest Sons. Item I likewise appoint and ordaine
my beloved wife Margaret and mu oldest son James Munn only and solle
Executors of this my last will and testament and I do hearby utterly desillow
revock and dessanaul all and any other former testament will legacies and
Executors by me in any ways before this time named will and bequathed
ratifying and confiring this and no other to be my last will and testament in
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above
written signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said John Munn
as his last will and testament in presence of us the subscribers.
