In the Name of God Amean/  I Thomas Mcnaugt of Washington County State of
pensylvania Being Weak in body But of Sound Memory (blessed be God) Do this
thirtentrh Day of february in the Year of our Lord Eighteen hundred Make
and publish this My Last Will and testament in Manner folowing  And first I
Do Will and Bequaith to My Loving Wife Margret Mc naught My bay Marcher
Saddle and Bridle also A bed And Clothes for the bed Likewise a Chest I
Also Will that All My Estate be Equaly Devided Amongst My famely My Wife
and Children to Share Equaly in it.  Except My two youngest Children they
Are to have five pound Each More than the others.  I Also Make and ordain
My Wife Margret Mc naught and Joseph Donaghey Sole Exacutors of this My
Last Will and testament to take Care and See that all things in this My
Will Contained Be performed According to My true intent and Meaning Given
Under My hand And Seal the Day And Year above Written

Washington County, Pa.  Be it remembered that on the 26th day of March anno
Domini 1800 personally came before me the Subscriber Register for the
Probate of Wills in and for said County John M. Williams and Daniel Mooney
subscribing witnesses to the within instrument in writing who being duly
sworn according to law did declare and say that they wee personally present
and heard and saw Thomas 
McNaught the withinn named testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and
declare the said within instrument in writing as for his last will and
testament  and at the time of the execution thereof he and said Testator
was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the
best of these deponents Knowledge, observation and belief, That they signed
their names thereto as witnesses in presence of the Testator and in the
presence of each other.
