John Jamison considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of
sound mind and memory (blessed be almighty God for the same) do make and
publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following viz
first I will that all my just debts together with my funeral expenses and all
charges touching the proving of or otherwise concerning this my will shall in
the first place be paid out of my personal estate.  
Item I give unto my son Henery Jamison all my body clothes, also i give and
bequeath unto my son Thomas Jamison One dollar also I give and bequeath unto
my son James Jamison One dollar also I give and bequeath unto my daughter
Jane Hazelton one dollar also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary
Hamiger my house furniture bed & bedding & my horse and horse gears also I
give and bequeath unto my son George Jamison three dollars also I give and
bequeath unto my son David Jamison five dollars also i authorize my Executors
to sell at publick sale all my real and personal Estate except that what I
have given & bequeathed and divide the oney that may be gotten for it equally
between my son Henery Jamison my son John Jamison my daughter Margaret McKee
my daughter Mary Hamiger and my daughter Catharine Amos and lastly I appoint
my friends John McCoy Hugh Armstrong and my son in law William Hamiger
Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills
by me made.  I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
eigth day of July in the year of our Lord oNe thousand eight hundred and
thirty-six.

John Jamison to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at
his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

West Finley Township Dec. 15, 1836.  To Samuel Cunningham, Register &c.,
         Sir being informed that I am appointed an Executor of the last will
& Testament of John Jamison decd. late of West Finley Township I therefore
notify you and through you the Orphans Court (if Nessessary that I renounce
the appointment, yours very respectfully.

            Washington County ss.   Be it remembered that on the 19th day of
December A. D. 1836 before me Saml. Cunningham, Register of the probate of
wills and granting letters of Adminstration in and for said County come
William Davis and Kenneth McCoy two of the subscribing witnesses  to the
within last will and Testament of John Jamison decd who being duly sworn as
the aalw directs doth despose and say that they were personally present and
did see the Testator therein named make his mark to this will and did hear
him publish pronounce and declare ths same as and for his last will and
Testament.  That at the time of his so doing he was of sound and disposing
mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and
belief.

                      December 19, 1836   William Hamiger having renounce
Letters Testamentary with copy of the will and probate annexed issed to John
McCoy and Hugh Armstrong within named who on same day were duly sworn.
