hundred and ten, before me, Isaac Kerr, Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in and for said County, came Archibald Steet and William Hughes, Esquire, the
subscribing witnesses to the within Will and Testament of Mary Caldwell late of the county aforesaid,
deceased, who, being duly sworn as the law directed, do depose and say that they were personally
present and did see the Testatrix therein named sign the within Will and did hear her publish,
pronounce and declare the same to be her last Will and Testament; That at the time of her so doing,
she was, to the best of their apprehensions, of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding; And
that they respectively subscribed their names as witnesses to this will, in the presence, and at
the request of the Testatrix, and in the presence of each other. And the said William Hughes and
Matthew who was likewise sworn do also depose and say that they were personally present at the
execution of the within Codicil, that said William after having written the same, read it to the
Testatrix, Mary Caldwell, and saw her sign her name thereto, and he, with the said Matthew after
it had been read to her heard her say it was right; that at the time of the execution thereof,
she was, to the best of their apprehensions, of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
