proper to make a disposition of my property, I, William Beatty, do make and
publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annuling all other

It is my wish and desire that my farm be sold by executors hereinafter named.
It is my will that my beloved wife, Annie, should remain and have a decent
comfortable support during her life, using the interest of the principal for her
support, the amount not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars annually
For this purpose, I ordain my executors to make the deeds necessary for the sale of
my estate, therefore the grist mill and the land ---------belonging to it and that
they be authorized to make deeds to the purchaser
I desire that all my properrty, real and personal be sold and turned into money to
be divided equally among my children, subject to the changes herein after mentioned.
