I order all my just debts are paid and discharged.
The residue of my property I give and bequeath as follows:
To my daughter, Clarissa, I give and bequeath all my milk cows, excepting one, also
twenty sheep, four beds and bedding, also the clock and kitchen furniture, the
dishes in the cupboard, and all the cooking ware and table, and all the chairs, four
bedsteads, and the lounge,
To my daughter, Eliza Anne McPate, I give and bequeath the young white faced cow,
also six sheep, including the lambs.
Also, I order my executors to sell the residue of my property, and after paying all
debts, give to my daughter, Clarissa the renainder, if any, after proceeds of said sale.
Likewise, I constitute and appoint James B. Burnes of Township and County aforesaid
to be executor of this, my last will and testament.
And I herein revoke all former wills made by me.
