Last Will and Testament
of
Charlotte R. Von Allmen (sic)
No. 93
Registered Sept. 13, 1874

In the name of God, Amen.  I, Charlotte R. Von Allman of 
Beaver Falls, County of Beaver, and State of Pennsylvania, 
being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind and memory, 
do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament 
in manner following.

First, I give to my beloved husband John Von Allman the use 
and control of my house and lot in Beaver Falls, free from 
any rent or charge whatever the paying all taxes? together 
with all personal property, furniture, beds, bedding &c. now 
belonging to me to have the use of the same until my 
youngest son shall attain the age of twenty one years, 
provided that my sons Emile and Charles shall have the use 
of one room and bed at such times as they may desire to 
visit or rest at home.  And further I direct so soon as 
Charles my youngest son shall be twenty one years of age, 
the ownership and posession of the above named house and 
lot, shall be vested in my three sons, Arnold, Emile and 
Charles giving them hereby authority to dispose of the same 
as they may think best.  I direct also that my said sons 
shall on taking posession of said property pay unto my said 
husband the sum of one hundred dollars and further I direct 
that the st??? table stand, three chairs, two trunks, 
looking glass, one bedstead and bedding, watch stand, and 
mounted shell snuff box shall belong to my said three sons 
and that all and every kind of personal property not 
specified above shall belong to my said husband.

In witness whereof I the said Charlotte R. Von Allman do 
hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of April AD 
1874.

Signed, sealed and declared in the presence of us who at the 
request of the above named testatrix were present and 
witnessed the signing as above

Be it remembered, that on the 15th day of September AD 1874, 
John McCarty and also Herman Eckhardt personally appeared 
before me the Register for the probate of Wills and granting 
letters of administration &c in and for said County, they 
being the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will 
and testament of Charlotte R. Von Allman, late of Beaver 
Falls deceased and after being duly sworn according to law, 
did depose and say that that they were present and saw the 
said testatrix sign and heard her publish pronounce and 
declare the same to be her last will and testament, and that 
at the time of her so doing the testatrix, was of sound and 
disposing mind memory and understanding, to the best of 
deponents knowledge observation and belief, and that they 
signed the same as witnesses thereto at the request of said 
testatrix.
