 In the Name of God, Amen.  I, William Beaty, of the County of Beaver in the State
of Pennsylvania, farmer, being in perfect health of body, and of sound mind, memory,
and understanding, but considering the uncertainty  of this transitory life, do make
and publish this, my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following:
First. It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid and settled as soon as conveniently after my decease.
Item 1. I give and bequeath unto my dear wife, Mary, all my household and kitchen
furniture except two beds, and some other articles to keep for her own use
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son James one dollar, to be paid to him one year
after my decease 
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son,  John, one dollar to be paid to him one year
after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, Thomas, twenty dollars, to be paid one year
after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, Daniel, one dollar to be paid to him one year
after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, William, one dollar. to be paid one year
after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Milton all my land, the plantation on which
I now reside, unto him, his heirs and assigns forever
Item. My said wife, Mary, shall have one third of the income from the plantation for
the rest of her natural life. 
Item. My son Milton shall have all the horses until my daughter, Lydia, marries,
then she is to have one horse worth seventy five dollars and saddle and bridle.
I also bequeath unto my son, Milton, all my cattle until daughter, Lydia, marries,
then I bequeath unto her two cows, and I also bequeath unto my son, Milton, my
wagon. 
Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Mary, one dollar to be paid to her one
year after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Elizabeth, one dollar, to be paid one year
after my decease
Item. I bequeath unto my daughter, Lydia, the use of a horse when she wants to use
one until she marries, then I bequeath her a horse, saddle, and bridle, two cows and
two beds, and sufficient bedding, one table and sufficient  ????????? to use for
housekeeping, and one bureau.
Item. I also give and bequeath to my said wife, Mary, one third of the income of my
farm during her natural life.
I also give and desire she have one horse and two cows to be kept on the plantation.
And so touching all the rest and remainder of my estate, real and personal of what
kind or nature what so ever the same may be in the County of Beaver, and elsewhere, 
I give and devise the same unto my said wife and my son, Milton, to divide equally
among them. 
I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Jane Hines, each one dollar to be paid one
year after my decease
And lastly. I nominate and appoint my said wife and my son Milton to be the
executors of this, my last will, cancelling all others

Pronunciation of Mary Beaty, Beaver County. 
Personally appeared Mary Beaty of said County, and ordained an executor of the
estate of William Beaty, and I now renounce my appointment this twenty fifth day of
October, 1859
