George O. Phillips - 1931

George O. Phillips, a well-known farmer of Paisley, Greene county, died
Tuesday evening from an attack of influenza and concurrent complications.
He was born November 9, 1858.  Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Mary
Anne Phillips, his mother, Mrs. Sina Phillips and six children:  Mrs. Alice
Tanner of Mapletown; John L., Ira J. and Homer, of Cumberland; Mrs. Roy
Maple of Davistown, and Charles Phillips of Dawson.  Two brothers, William
and Isaac also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at his
home.  Burial will be in Monongahela Hill cemetery.
