WILLIAM B. MILLER
William Bigler Miller, aged 82(?) years, a widely known resident of Carmichaels 
and Greene county, died at 10:10 o'clock Tuesday night, November 20, 1934, 
following a protracted illness of complications.

Mr. Miller, until a few years ago followed the vocation of sheep shearing and 
was the holder of the Pennsylvania state record of 63 sheep sheared in one day.

He was a son of the late Isaac and Eliza Smith Miller and was born and spent his 
entire life in Greene county.
 
Surviving are: his widow, Anne Parker Miller; a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Miller; a 
daughter, Mrs. Nellie Miller Herrington and one granddaughter, of Carmichaels; a 
stepdaughter, Mrs. John Burnette, of Nemacolin; as sister, Mrs. Malinda Zimmers, 
of Khedive; and a brother, R. Leroy Miller, of Carmichaels.

Funeral services will be conducted in the family residence Thursday afternoon at 
2 o'clock. Burial in the Glades cemetery.
