  A card shower will be held for Howard Elder & Ruth Elizabeth Hollenbaugh of 8 
  Marcoline Drive, Home, to commemorate the occasion of the 70th wedding 
  anniversary on June 5.  
       Howard Elder Hollenbaugh & Ruth Elizabeth Good were married June 5, 1929 
  at the bride's residence at Dayton RD 1 with the Rev. G. W. McIntyre 
  officiating.  Mr. Hollenbaugh is a retired dairy farmer.  He is a past member 
  & officer of the Dayton & Plum Creek Grange.  He served as an elder at both 
  the Dayton-Glade Run & Mt. Zion Presbyterian Churches.  Mrs. Hollenbaugh is 
  a 'Class of 1928' graduate of Dayton High School.  She taught Sunday school 
  for more than 35 years at the Dayton-Glade Run Presbyterian Church, Mt. Zion 
  Presbyterian Church  and the Plumville Presbyterian Church.  She was ordained 
  as an elder at the Dayton-Glade Run Church.
       They are the parents of 4 children, Doris Bobbitt of Chesapeake, Va., 
  Carolyn Stear of Home, Kenneth of Allentown and Gary of Dallastown.  One son, 
  Willard is deceased.  They have 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren to 
  complete their family circle.
