Marcus L. Hawkins as administrator of Seth B. Turner, decd. during the time he has so been administrator begs leave to report that he has become chargeable as follows:
To Amt of appraisement $100.00
And he claims credits viz: $45.00
By amt notes on B. Tiner & E.A. Butter $115.00
He reports that sometime after his appointment as adm as the property of said Seth B. Turner that I wrote to an attorney residing in Benhorn, Texas touching said claims who reports that said Turner is insolvent and that nothing can be made out of him. That he would not undertake the collection on the merits of the same consequently nothing was done in the premises.
