Roberts, Mary – Apr 1860 – page 39
William Roberts states that at the August adjourned term 1858 of this Court, he as administrator of the Estate of Mary Roberts, filed his account for final settlement of said Estate.
That said settlement was confirmed by the court, and by said settlement so confirmed the sum of $3807.72 was in his hands for distribution between the heirs of said Mary Roberts, five in number to wit: H.C. Roberts, Mary E. Haney, wife of Mar Hanie, Nancy Davenport wife of F.J. Davenport, William Roberts and Elandys Roberts.
That said sum of $3807.72 has been distributed between said heirs and amounted to the sum of $761.54 each.
As such administrator he has taken the receipts of said H.C. Roberts, Mar Hanie and F.J. Davenport , which receipts he filed with this Court on the 28 July 1859, and he now leaves the same to be received.
