William Harbison Guardian of G.W. McKinstry begs leave to report to the Hon Probate Court that in the year 1861 he was appointed guardian of said McKinstry that he went on in the year 1861 to collect some money due his Ward in the State of Mississippi, and failed to do so, and that he never has since received any thing on account of his said Ward. He therefore reports he has no Estate of his said Ward in his hands July 22d 1867.
